The play centers around the character "Everybody," who is summoned by Death. A key element of the play is its unique casting process: a lottery determines which actor plays "Everybody" each night, highlighting the randomness of death. The play explores themes of mortality, life's meaning, and the human condition, prompting reflection on what truly matters in the face of death, according to some theatre guides.

Inspired by and featuring the songs of Elvis Presley®
"All Shook Up" is a jukebox musical inspired by the songs of Elvis Presley and loosely based on Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. The story takes place in 1955 in a small, repressed Midwestern town where a guitar-playing, roustabout stranger named Chad arrives, causing a whirlwind of romance, mistaken identities, and rebellion against the town's strict rules. The musical explores themes of love, self-discovery, and the power of music, all while featuring 24 Elvis hits.
